§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSThe whole problem of the treatment of young offenders is being fully considered by a Committee, which I appointed last January, under the chairmanship of Sir Thomas Molony. I understand that the Committee has received a large amount of valuable evidence from persons all over the country, who have experience in dealing with this question. If the hon. Member has any information which he would like to bring before the Committee, I shall be happy to place him in communication with the chairman.
