Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONThere are a few vacancies on the authorised staff which are about to be filled. As to the latter part of the question I would refer the hon. Member to the answers given to questions asked on this subject by the hon. Member for the Westhoughton Division (Mr. Rhys Davies) and the Noble Lord the Member for South Nottingham (Lord H. Cavendish Bentinck) on the 10th June and 16th July last respectively.
