Appeals against refusal of entitlement.

Allowed … 24,235∗ Disallowed … 14,706 Total … 38,941 ∗ This figure includes both cases in which the amount of the final award was increased and cases in which the final award of the Minister of Pensions was set aside. With reference to the last part of the hon. Member's question. I regret that I cannot give the information for which he asks for the reasons stated in my reply to the hon. and gallant Member for the Fairfield Division of Liverpool on Thursday, 19th November, 1925.
