§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSThis matter is still under investigation, and i am not in a position to make any statement as to the prospects of legislation. The police have taken action in a number of instances. They will continue to maintain the closest watch on night clubs' and all practicable steps will be taken to secure that these clubs comply with the existing law.
