§ Mr. CHURCHILLAs I stated in my Budget speech, His Majesty's Government have accepted in principle the recommendations for such a transfer made in the concluding paragraphs of the Report of the Currency Committee (Command Paper 2393), to which I would refer my hon. Friend. There will be no immediate change.
