§ Mr. THURTLEasked the Prime Minister whether His Majesty's Government have any intimation that Signor Mussolini will visit England on the occasion of the signature of the Locarno Treaties in December?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINHis Majesty's Government have invited all those who initialled the Treaties of Locarno, together with their national delegations to the Locarno Conference, to be present at their signature on the 1st of December. I hope that it may be possible for all of them to do so, but I cannot yet speak with certainty.
