§ Sir B. FALLEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will consider the amendment of the existing Regulations so that the wives or dependants of lunatic naval ratings, whose disability is attributable to service, may be paid the service pension earned by such ratings?
Mr. DAVIDSONI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the replies given on the 18th and 25th June last, as regards ek-naval ratings maintained in the Royal Naval Hospital, Yarmouth. I regret that I cannot recommend any amendment of the existing Regulations in the sense suggested.
