§ Mr. NEVILLE CHAMBERLAINThe insured woman who ceases to he employed before reaching the age of 65 will have the option of becoming a voluntary contributor and thereby qualifying for an old age pension at the age of 65. I may refer my hon Friend to paragraph 5 of the Report by the Government Actuary on the Financial Provisions of the Bill (Cmd. 2406) on the general question of the woman's rate of contribution
