Member's question, but he may have in mind Subsection (4) of Section 1 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1923, which provided that in the case of disabled ex service men the requirement of genuinely seeking whole-time employment might be waived This requirement is no longer operative and there are no statistics such as the hon. Member desires.
