Marquess of TITCHFIELDasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is 770W aware that the Courts of Sewers are causing dissatisfaction in the country districts; and whether he will bring in a Bill to abolish these Courts and intro duce legislation that will be mutually satisfactory to all ratepayers?
Mr. WOODI am not aware of any general dissatisfaction with Courts of Sewers, and I cannot promise to introduce legislation on the lines suggested. But. if my Noble Friend will call my attention to any particular case, I will consider whether the position can be remedied under the existing law.
