RICHARDSONasked the Home Secretary whether he has yet completed his inquiries into the case of the prosecution of the rector of Stiffkey, Norfolk, for non-payment of rates, based on income from tithes which have not yet been paid to the rector; and, if so, will he consider the necessity for introducing legislation to deal with such cases?
