§ Mr. CHURCHILLI understand that Mr. Chitty's pension order book expired on the 27th February. He had been in the North Middlesex Hospital since the 12th January, and owing to a misunderstanding arising from this fact, there was some delay in the delivery to him of a656W new pension order book due on the 6th March. But there has been no break in the continuity of his pension, and a new book containing orders payable as from the 6th March has been delivered to him.
