§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe suggestion made by the hon. Member was carefully considered by the Dyestuffs Advisory Licensing Committee some time ago, when it was decided not to publish the particulars in question. I am not aware of any change of circumstances which would warrant a reversal of that decision.
