§ Mr. BATEYasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that many miners in the county of Durham have been ordered by the local courts to repay money received from hoards of guardians, and that Judge Rowland at Pontypridd has given a decision that a board of guardians cannot legally reclaim similar payments; and whether he will draw the attention of boards of guardians in Durham county to this decision?
