§ Mr. NEVILLE CHAMBERLAINI will communicate with the local authorities in question, and endeavour to obtain the information desired by the holt Member; but as regards Glasgow, I would suggest that a similar question should be addressed to my right hon. Friend the Secretary for Scotland.
