§ Mr. CLARRYasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will consider the removal of old age pension disqualifications so far as they affect pensioners who have been in receipt of treatment from any infirmary institution for any period of more than three months and arrange that such pension shall be paid direct to the guardians?
