§ Captain GARRO-JONESasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he can take steps to remove the disqualification of an old age pensioner imposed after treatment in an institution infirmary for three months, where such patient continues an inmate of the institution; and whether, if he can remove the disqualification, he will, in such circumstances, have it paid to the guardians so long as the pensioner is chargeable?
