Mr. GUINNESSAs regards the first three parts of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the Appropriation Accounts, Civil Services, 1918–19, page 269 (House of Commons Paper No. 10 of 1920). Under Section 12 of the School Teachers (Superannuation) Act, 1918, the Elementary School Teachers' Deferred Annuity Fund ceased to exist as from 1st April, 1919, and the deferred annuities674W were henceforward charged in the Consolidated Fund. The sums charged so far have been:
