§ Colonel ASHLEYI am disposed to agree with the conclusion reached by the Departmental Committee on the Taxation and Regulation of Road Vehicles, as set out in their Second Interim Report, that the difficulties in giving effect to the suggestion contained in my hon. Friend's question render its adoption impracticable.
