asked the Prime Minister if he is prepared to fix a date for the discussion of the Motion on the Order Paper relative to the appointment of a Chairman to the Scottish Standing Committee— That this House regrets the action of the Chairman's Panel in selecting one of their number who is riot representative of a Scottish constituency to act as Chairman of the Scottish Standing!, Committee set up for the purpose of considering the Scottish Church (Property and Endowments) Bill."
