§ Mr. A. CHAMBERLAINThe protocol concerning arbitration clauses in commercial agreements has been ratified by Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Finland and Albania. The Government of Southern Rhodesia have also acceded to the protocol.
