§ Captain ELLIOTNo such notice as is referred to in the hon. Member's question has been issued by the Scottish Board of Health, but I understand that a notice was issued by the local authority in 1921. The local authority are obtaining a report from their sanitary inspector as to the need for proper sanitary conveniences at the property mentioned, and I understand this report will be considered by the authority at their next meeting.
