MITCHELL-THOMSONApart from the cross-Channel services to the Irish Free State, the only steamship line now under contract with the British Post Office for the conveyance of mails to a British Dominion is the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company, which provides a service with Australia, Egypt, India and the Far East for an inclusive annual payment of £295,000.
