§ Mr. DALTONasked the Minister of Health whether he is prepared to introduce legislation to empower boards of guardians to take legal proceedings before the birth of an illegitimate child against the putative father for recovery of the cost of maintenance of the mother during such time as she may be in a Poor Law institution and for the expenses of her confinement?
