§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREAccording to the latest available statistics, the number of Government and Government assisted schools for natives is 306, the number of children attending those schools is about 14,200, and the total number of native children receiving instruction in all schools is estimated at about 20,000. The curriculum of the very varied types of school cannot be dealt with in an oral answer.
