Mr. FOOT MITCHELLasked the Minister of Health whether, in the Public Health Bill he proposes to introduce, he will consider the need for giving local authorities greater powers than they at present possess to prevent the spoiling of public amenities and the disfigurement of public places by litter of all kinds?
