§ Sir B. CHADWICKOxalic acid is included in the lists issued under Section 1 (5) of the Safeguarding of Industries Act as a fine chemical and a synthetic organic chemical. There is no power to exempt from liability to duty any commodity falling under any of the general headings in the Schedule to the Act.
