BAKERasked the Minister of Health whether, in the case of a widow in receipt of a War pension for herself 260W and those of her children born not more than nine months subsequent to her late husband's discharge from active service, but who has one or more children for whom a War pension is not payable, she will be entitled to allowances under the Widows', Orphans', and Old Age Contributory Pensions Bill in respect of these latter children?
