§ Colonel DAYasked the President of the Board of Education whether, in view of the danger to children holding up motor vehicles in London streets for the purpose of making a list of motor-car numbers, he will take such action with the head teachers of London schools as will result in children being warned against this practice?
§ Lord E. PERCYMy right hon. Friend the Horn Secretary stated, on July 16th, in reply to the hon. Member for South-West Bethnal Green (Mr. Harris), that the police had communicated on this subject with all the education authorities in the Metropolitan Police district, and I have no doubt that the London County Council are alive to the importance of seeing that the warning against this practice is passed on to the children in the schools.
