JOYNSON-HICKSI am informed by the Ministry of Transport that detailed specifications of the proposed new road tunnel have not yet been 629W prepared, but that these specifications, which will be subject to the approval of the Ministry, will include the most approved methods of safeguarding the men employed on the work, and special attention will be paid to the point raised by the hon. Member.
