§ Mr. LANSBURYasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, before deciding to break off diplomatic relations or to cancel the trading agreements at present existing between the governments of Russia and Great Britain, this House will be given an opportunity of discussing and deciding this question?
Mr. SAMUELIf His Majesty's Government should be forced by the course of events to take any such decision it would certainly he communicated at once to the House if Parliament were in session.
