§ Colonel LANE-FOXIt is, I believe, true that a Milan firm has contracted with the Russian Donugal Trust to take about 500,000 tons of coal and anthracite over a period of three years. I do not know what price is being paid. About shipments of Russian anthracite to Austria and France, I have no information beyond that which appears in the Press.
