§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONI am aware that in January, 1924, Mr. T. W. Cash was found not guilty at the Suffolk Assizes on a charge of stealing a letter. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to his question of the 8th instant.
