§ Mr. POTTSasked the President of the Board of Education if his attention has been called to the resolution passed by the Barnsley Education Authority on the 14th December, 1920, protesting against the terms of Circular 1371, which, if carried out, would have a disastrous effect upon the future development of elementary, secondary and technical education in that town, and calling for the withdrawal of the Circular; and whether he is prepared to reconsider the policy of the Circular?
