Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONThe total number of the staff of the Foreign Office, as provided for in the Estimates (Class II, Vote 5) for the current year, is 880 and the cost £275,512. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given on the 16th instant to the hon. Member for Cardigan (Mr. Morris).
