§ Major CRAWFURDasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the fact that. a scheme for the improvement of the approaches to the docks was under the consideration of the Road Board before the War, that the scheme known as the Victoria Dock Road Scheme had been referred by him to the London and Home Counties Traffic Advsory Committee, that the committee had reported that in their opinion it was one of the most urgently 2015W required improvements in the area of Greater London, and that negotiations as to the allocation of the cost of this work had been suspended, he will state the reason for the delay in the carrying out of this improvement?
