§ Sir J. GILMOURAs regards the year 1926–27, I would refer the hon. Member to the Circular which has just been issued by the Scottish Education Department, from which he will see that, so far as the Estimates are concerned, an actual reduction in the Estimate for Scotland is not foreshadowed. I have not yet the requisite data to enable me to give a definite figure for 1926–27, and at present it is not possible to form any estimate of the amount of money available in subsequent years.
