§ Sir H. BARNSTONMy right hon. Friend is aware that the retail price of fish has been the subject of criticism, but he has not received complaints of any special hardship arising from this cause. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade on the 1st of this month.
