HOAREIn answer to the first and second parts of the question, substantial progress has been made with deliveries, and 341, parachutes were despatched by the contractor up to and including the 27th November. In answer to the last part, as the result of representations by the Air Ministry, arrangements have already been made for expediting very considerably the contract rate of delivery.
