§ Sir A. STEEL-MAITLANDTraining centres for unemployed young men between 19 and 25 years of age (up to 29 for ex-service men) have been established at Birmingham and at Claydon, near Ipswich. Another centre will shortly be opened at Wallsend-on-Tyne, and negotiations are proceeding with a view to the acquisition of premises for a fourth centre. I am sending the hon. Member leaflets setting forth the general conditions of training under this schema.
