asked the President of the Board of Trade (1) the production of iron and steel per person employed in the industry in Great Britain, Belgium, Germany and France, respectively, for the current year;

(2) the amount of capital, the number of establishments, the number of persons employed, and the total output for the iron and steel trades in Great Britain, Belgium, Germany and France, respectively, for the first nine months of this year?

I regret that I am unable to give any of the specified particulars for the four countries named, except those of the production of pig-iron and crude steel, which are as follows, in respect of the period January-September, 1925:
