§ Mr. SCURRasked the Minister of Health what steps, if any, are taken by his Department to draw the attention of the medical profession to the dangers' arising from the use of the drug luminal, especially as, when used for the treatment of epilepsy, serious danger arises unless the treatment is continued although the epilepsy is cured?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI am advised that the effects of the drug have been very fully discussed in the medical Press, and in view of the amount of attention which it has received it seems justifiable to assume that those doctors who use it are well aware of its action and possible risks.
