MITCHELL-THOMSONI regret that I am unable to furnish in full the information for which my hon. and gallant Friend asks; but the total number of letters redirected per month by the Post Office or the public is estimated at 3⅔ millions, and the number returned to the senders each month as undeliver-able at 1¼ millions.
