FALLEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, in view of the number of petty officers and men invalided from the Royal Navy who conscientiously consider that their invaliding disability is attributable to service although the Naval Invaliding Board has decided otherwise, he will reconsider his decision and set up an independent appeal tribunal, or at least allow the matter to go before a medical referee as provided under the Compensation Act?
