§ Colonel DAYasked the Under-Secre-tary of State for India whether he is aware that the Southern India Chamber of Commerce on 8th October passed a resolution emphatically protesting against the passing of the Burma (Expulsion of Offenders) Bill, and requesting the Viceroy to refuse his assent to the same; and, if so, what steps he intends taking in the matter?
