§ Mr. STUARTasked the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that, by Section XI of the Standing Orders of the Royal Army Medical Corps, any warrant officer, non-commissioned officer, or private may have charge of dangerous drugs and poisons, he will consider the revision of these Regulations so as to ensure that dangerous drugs and poisons are always in the direct custody of either a medical officer or pharmacist?
§ Captain KINGOnly soldiers who are qualified dispensers may have charge of dangerous drugs and poisons. The hon. Member is mistaken in thinking that Section 11 of the Royal Army Medical Corps Standing Orders contains any authority to the contrary.
