§ Lord E. PERCYI have appointed a small expert committee to consider the question of school building with special reference to the use of new materials and methods of construction and the reduction of cost, and I hope to receive an interim report from them very shortly. I understand that construction in steel and concrete is among the various types of construction under the Committee's investigation.
