§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer which I gave to the hon. and gallant Member for Leith (Captain W. Benn) on 17th November. Copies of the Reports submitted by the Food Council have been placed in the Library.
