§ Mr. N. CHAMBERLAINI have no information to show that the arrangements are generally inadequate or that there would be advantage in issuing a circular as suggested by my hon. and gallant Friend. If my hon. and gallant Friend has any particular case in mind I shall be glad to consider it.
