§ Major HORE-BELISHAasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether He has received from the Commander-in-Chief, Devonport, a recommendation that certain proposals drawn up by the King's Harbour Master, with a view to improving the lighting and buoyage of the port of Plymouth, be accepted; whether he is aware that these proposals are strongly advocated by the trading community in Devonport and Plymouth; and what action ho is taking with regard to them?
